The 215th Army Band of the Massachusetts Army National Guard remains one of the nation's finest military bands. For more than 60 years, the band has performed throughout New England and the world, bringing the Army's fine musical traditions and goodwill to thousands of listeners.

The demand for military music has never been higher. If you would like us to perform in your area, we have several small groups as well as the concert band that can provide entertainment for your public event. A list of our ensembles can be found below.
We provide support for military and government officials and ceremonies within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Please contact the Band Operations at 339.202.6645 for further information on supporting military or civilian ceremonies.
The Minuteman Brass Band is a high energy New Orleans style brass band that is capable of performing in place or on the move. Their repertoire consists entirely of New Orleans second line music like the kind you would hear at Mardi Gras.
Revolution performs traditional music from the era of the founding of our nation.
Playing contemporary music
The Commonwealth Brass Quintet is the premier chamber ensemble of the 215th Army Band. Their repertoire includes standard classical fare, jazz and popular music arranged for brass quintet. They are in high demand for both public performances and military and civilian ceremonies.
A woodwind ensemble that consists of clarinets, flute, bari sax, and horn. This chamber group is performs a wide variety of styles and is also capable of performing military and civilian ceremonies.
In order to join the 215th Army Band, you must first pass an entry audition, called Army Musical Performance Assessment, or AMPA. call 339.202.6645 or email [email protected] for more information on requirements and to schedule an audition.

By lending your skills and talents to the 215th Army Band, you will help to further a long tradition of military musical excellence in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Lend us your talents for two days a month, and two weeks during the summer, and you will receive:
