1SG Amaranth Cole is a trombonist with over 20 years of experience performing in everything from orchestras to a Chicago cover band. She joined the Vermont Army National Guard 40th Army band as a trombone player in 2003 and transferred to the Massachusetts Army National Guard 215th Army Band in 2010.
